A new book documenting the reality of hope for a peaceful world emerges with David Trood’s book ”At Any Given Moment”.

In a worldly era of changes, hope becomes significant as human beings become aware of unanimity as a necessity for a chance to experience peace in this century.

In that aspect DT’s book is an inspiring adventure for grownups. On a background of his wonderful pictures, he expresses himself in an unpretentious way as his words give you the feeling of hope as a given opportunity. No religious theories, no acquired theses, just plainly a book of human life and hopes.

Trood is first of all, one of the world’s most talented photographers. His great illustrations keeps you attracted page by page, while he, in a personal and yet detached way, conveys his sense of hope to the reader. His writing goes like an extended cartoon text, a bit of biography, travel adventures, amazing people giving feasible advices for better living – and finally his own ‘discovery’, the Face of Humanity.

His experiment started as he fostered the unique idea of putting faces of the different human races together. 607 faces photographed with focus on the left pupil were put together. Lo and behold – eyes beaming with joy emerges along with mathematical facial features that actually resemble the face of a world leader of today. Exactly who that is - Trood keeps a secret – for now, but makes it easy for anyone to find out.

David Trood is of European origin. His grandfathers immigrated to Australia from England over a century ago, and the emerging young photographer began his life on a sheep farm in the centre of the Australian country. Reading the book, one understands that the pictures that have brought him many awards, derive from his own inner experience. His talent to embed feelings in hard core photographs, was honored by Hasselblad in 2006. The Hasselblad Masters Award is the most prestigious awards in the industry, each year celebrating the best in both established and rising photographic talent.

It is the perfect gift to any human being who looks for hope in a time of turmoil. And it should be obligatory bedside reading for all participating in efforts for a brighter future for human kind.

At Any Given Moment is David Trood´s story

of his travels through many countries as

he sought out the unusual, bizarre and

also the everyday of others lives. The trekking

and photographing of places like the

Himalayas and erupting Mt. Etna brought

up more than just the visual.

From the early age of thirteen, David

experienced an insight into how things

could happen, by changing his conscious

thoughts and being totally in the

moment. He also had dreams and visions

of how a situation was to unfold. By following

these visions, with courage and determination,

Davids life has worked in positive and

remarkable ways. It is called synchronicity.

After over twenty-five years of photography,

David went on a quest to discover more of

how these visions and insights worked, and

was led to the people who could help him

uncover the mysteries.

Davids strong desire to follow his vision

of humanity becoming more in harmony,

by using our own vision, and through linking our eyes

to the golden hours of the day and the

eyes of others, has taken him to publish

this work, in a hope that the reader will

be able to recognize the essence of life...

within themself, and in every other person,

plant and animal they encounter…...at any given moment.

This experiment and Davids encouragement

for us all to take the bold step to see beyond

the everyday, may be the catalyst for a

major change in the direction of humanity.
